Kwaliteit van supervisie: uitkomsten van VGCt-enquetes
Samenvatting
Begin 2008 is door de Werkgroep Kwaliteit en Supervisie van de VGCt een tweetal enquêtes uitgevoerd teneinde een indruk te krijgen van de kwaliteit van de uitvoering van supervisie in het kader van de opleiding tot cognitief gedragstherapeut. Samengevat zijn de resultaten: Supervisanten geven aan tevreden te zijn over de supervisie. Er is voldoende tijd voor supervisie, ze voelen zich gestimuleerd in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Een aantal onderwijskundige aspecten dienen echter verbeterd te worden. De supervisoren geven aan scholing en nascholing nodig te vinden voor goed supervisorschap.

Quality of supervision: reults of a survey among members of the Dutch Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy
A questionnaire survey is reported among a sample of supervisors VGCt (Dutch association of behavioral and cognitive therapy) and cognitive behavioral therapists in training, receiving supervision. They were asked to describe and evaluate supervision practices. Summary of the results: Supervisees reported high satisfaction level about the impact of supervision and organization of supervision. Methodological supervision (for example direct observation and contingent feedback) is performed less frequently as expected. Supervisors report the need for specific training for new supervisors. Recommendations for further practice and research are made.
